Do you publish prices?
No, and not on request either. A price here is a term of an account: it depends on the entry, the presentation and the arrangement with the dispensing pharmacy. It is issued on a quotation with the current specification attached, so the number and the document that justifies it arrive together.
Can I order without an account?
No. Ordering runs through a verified account, opened on sheet G‑10. Asking a question does not require one: sheet G‑09 is ungated and never asks for a license.
What does verification actually involve?
A person checks the license against the issuing state board and the NPI against the national registry. An NPI proves enumeration and nothing more, so it is never accepted as evidence of licensure. Nothing is auto approved and a submission opens a pending record rather than an account.
Do you ship to patients?
No. Grade Bio does not dispense and does not ship to a patient at any address. Material is supplied only against a valid prescription for an individually identified patient, and it is dispensed by the licensed pharmacy of record named on the account.
Will you tell me how to use one of these?
No. No dose, no schedule, no route, no titration and no protocol, in writing or otherwise. Those are clinical decisions belonging to the prescriber and the dispensing pharmacist. A supplier offering that guidance is telling you something about their judgement rather than about the compound.
Why is your register only twelve entries?
Because each entry carries a validated identity method, a qualified supplier file, incoming testing, a full release specification and stability data. That work does not scale by adding rows to a page. A two hundred entry list is a reseller's list, and the specification you are shown is whoever made the material that month.
Two entries say on revision. What does that mean?
Ipamorelin and BPC‑157 sit in the group an FDA advisory committee discussed for the 503A bulk substances list in July 2026. That recommendation is advisory; a proposed rule and then a final rule would be required and neither has issued. Neither compound is compoundable today, neither is available, and no date is stated or implied. Sheet G‑07 has the detail.
You list a withdrawn compound. Why keep the row?
Hydroxocobalamin was withdrawn on 19 February 2026, last lot L‑23884. An account holding an older lot must still be able to reach the paperwork behind it, and deleting the row would delete that history. A register that only shows what is going well is a brochure.
What is on your certificate of analysis?
Attribute, method, specification, measured result, lot number, the manufacture, release and retest dates, and a named release signature. Table 2.1 on sheet G‑05 sets out why each line is there and what its absence usually hides.
How do you prove identity, as opposed to purity?
Two determinations by different physical principles, both on the certificate. For a peptide, a mass measurement plus a peptide map, because several arrangements of the same residues share a mass and the map is what separates them. For a small molecule, a chromatographic comparison against a qualified reference plus an infrared spectrum.
Who makes your raw material?
Qualified suppliers whose names are not published. That is a control rather than a dodge, and section 6.0 of sheet G‑06 explains it in full. Everything about a lot an account holds, including its incoming test results and the qualification in force on that date, is available to that account.
How long do you keep records and samples?
Twenty four months from release: the genealogy, the raw and reduced release data, and a retained sample of the filled lot held under its own storage condition. A question arriving in month twenty two can be answered from the material rather than from memory.
Are you FDA registered, or accredited?
No. Grade Bio is not a registered outsourcing facility and claims no facility registration, establishment license, accreditation or certification. What is described on this site is the release process the company runs, which is a process claim and the kind that can be shown to somebody who asks.
Is the company formed? Is the site live?
Not yet, on both counts. Grade Bio is a brand of Mountain Brands LLC; entity formation is pending and no registration has been filed. These sheets are pre‑launch documents and nothing on them is filed, registered, licensed or offered for sale.
Ask it directly
A question about an entry, a method, a lot or a document goes to sheet G‑09. It is ungated, it never asks for a license, and it is read by a person. A question about a dose or a protocol will be declined, and section 5 above is why.
