Revision A  ·  31 Aug 2026

A short register
is a position,
not a limitation.

Grade Bio makes twelve things and publishes the specification for all of them. The register is short because the work behind a single entry is long, and a house that lists two hundred compounds is not doing that work.

What follows is what the company makes, why it exists, how it is built, and the list of things it will not do. The last list is the one that matters.

1.0

What the company makes

Twelve entries, one register

Grade Bio makes sterile injectable materials for licensed practitioners: four peptides and eight solutions, filed on one register that anyone can read.

The register is short on purpose. A house that lists two hundred compounds is not making two hundred compounds; it is reselling them, and the specification you are shown is whoever made it that month. Twelve entries is the number a small team can hold a real identity method against, lot after lot, without the file thinning out.

Everything the company sells is on sheet G‑02, including the entry that was withdrawn in February and the two that are held on revision. A register that only shows what is going well is a brochure.

Grade BioscienceThe long form of the name. It appears on letterhead, on the legal block and in contracts. The short form is what goes on the door.

What is not hereNo investor page, no team photographs, no advisory board. Those arrive when they are real.

Why it exists

The problem is not supply, it is proof

A practitioner can obtain almost any of these compounds within a week. What is hard to obtain is a document that survives being read carefully.

The certificate that proves nothing

Most certificates in this category state a purity figure and a lot number and stop. No method, no specification, no signature, and frequently no relationship between the lot on the paper and the lot in the box.

The identity that was never checked

A mass measurement is not an identity. Several arrangements of the same residues share a mass, and the ones that matter clinically are exactly the ones a mass cannot separate. Identity needs a second, orthogonal method.

The register that moves

A catalog edited in place has no memory. A lot released in March against a specification quietly changed in June cannot be read against anything. Ours is reissued as a numbered revision instead.

How it is built

Small, and deliberately narrow
01

One register, held flat

Twelve entries. Adding a thirteenth means qualifying a supplier, writing a method, validating it and running stability before anything is filled. That work is the reason the register grows slowly.

Twelve entries
One revision line
No exceptions
02

The method comes before the material

A compound does not join the register because a supplier can ship it. It joins when there is a validated way to prove what arrived is what was ordered.

Method first
Then the material
Never the reverse
03

Every lot is released against a number

Not a typical figure, not a supplier claim. A specification with a floor, a method behind each line, and a signature. Sheet G‑05 sets out the sequence.

A floor, not a typical
A method per line
A signature
04

The paperwork outlives the vial

Retained samples and the full document set are held for twenty four months, so a question asked long after a lot is gone can be answered from the material.

What the company will not do

The list is the position
  • Publish a price. A price is a term of an account, not a property of a molecule.
  • Ship to a patient. Dispensing belongs to the licensed pharmacy of record.
  • Give a dose, a protocol, a titration or a route. Those are clinical decisions.
  • Claim an outcome. We can tell you what is in the vial. We cannot tell you what it does for a given person, and neither can anyone else selling it.
  • Sell a compound that is held on revision, whatever the demand.
  • Claim a facility, a license, a registration or an accreditation the company does not hold. Every claim on this site is one we can produce paper for.
  • Name a supplier. Section 6.0 of sheet G‑06 explains why that silence is a control rather than a dodge.
  • Market to a patient. Nothing on this site is written for one.

How to reach the company

Two addresses, both read by a person

Correspondence goes to jv@gradebio.com or sw@gradebio.com. Both are read by a person rather than a queue, which is a property of being small and will not always be true.

A question about a lot, a method or a document does not need an account. Sheet G‑09 is the form for it, and it never asks for a license. An account is only needed to order, and that runs through sheet G‑10.

Named individualsNo person is named on this sheet. The two addresses above are correspondence routes, and a name will be published when there is a signature behind it rather than an inbox.
